No, not at all. We offer once off cleans or scheduled maintenance. Even then you are welcome to discuss your requirements with us as they change over time.

No you don’t. We will need access to electricity and water at your premises, but we use all our own equipment and consumables.

We normally provide you with a written quote within one working day of our visit to your premises.

Yes. If you notice we’ve missed a spot, we’ll gladly return and fix it for you!

On completion of the works you will receive an invoice via email. Preferred payment is by direct deposit within 7 days of invoice date.

The average sized home usually takes between 2-5 hours to complete. Larger or dirtier homes may incur additional time depending on the size and the severity of the clean. If a few services are to be completed, then additional time may be needed. Please note, as every house is different, times will always vary.

Majority of times yes, because the products in our soft wash mix can leave windows streaky. We will always quote for and recommend an exterior window clean to be completed, however this service is optional.

We recommend once yearly, not only for the aesthetics of your property but also to preserve the integrity of your paint. Cleaning your property can increase the paints lifespan by up to 300%.

By eradicating all mould and surface dirt, your paint has a better chance to bind to the surface. Once mould or mildew is present under the paint, it can be extremely difficult and costly to remove.

Yes. We highly recommend covering all electrical power points and items. If moving electrical items is possible, we highly recommend doing so.

As water will be used, we highly recommend you stay inside throughout the duration of the clean. This would ensure your safety against slippery floors and avoid repeat cleaning.
